Overview

The LNK-DEC110 Series is a newly developed DIN-Rail Industrial 10/100Base-TX Ethernet over Coax
Extender, specifically engineered for industrial-grade network extension scenarios that require stable
performance, flexible installation, and compatibility with existing coaxial infrastructure. As a DIN-Rail
Industrial 10/100Base-TX Ethernet over Coax Extender, it combines rugged industrial design with
efficient signal transmission, making it ideal for harsh environments such as factories, outdoor surveillance
sites, and industrial control systems.
This DIN-Rail Industrial 10/100Base-TX Ethernet over Coax Extender is designed to extend 10/100Base-
TX Ethernet signals and power over existing coaxial cables, enabling simultaneous live transmission of
multi-channel power and network data signals. It supports a maximum Ethernet transmission distance of
up to 1200 meters, with power transmission limited to 300 meters—striking a balance between long-distance
network coverage and reliable power supply for connected devices. A key functional feature is its 2-piece BNC
interface design, which allows simultaneous connection of 2 channel branch lines, supporting distributed networ
deployment and enhancing flexibility in complex wiring scenarios.
In terms of power capacity, the DIN-Rail Industrial 10/100Base-TX Ethernet over Coax Extender has a total
power output of 100W, with each BNC interface supporting a maximum of 50W—sufficient to power multiple
devices such as IP cameras, industrial sensors, or small network switches. It supports a network baud rate of
up to 100Mbps, ensuring smooth data transmission for video surveillance, industrial data collection, and remote
control applications. Additionally, it is equipped with excellent lightning protection (up to industry-standard 6KV
surge protection) and anti-interference performance, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference (EMI)
and radio frequency interference (RFI) common in industrial or outdoor environments.
The device optionally includes a built-in industrial-grade intelligent auto-monitoring module, which enables
independent circuit detection and 24/7 automatic monitoring of network communication link anomalies. If any
link experiences abnormalities (e.g., signal interruption, voltage fluctuations, or connection faults), the module
triggers automatic recovery mechanisms to restore communication—ensuring stable data transmission without
manual intervention. This “zero-disconnection” design realizes non-stop industrial network transmission, avoiding
network crashes and data loss, which is critical for safeguarding the security of surveillance zones and ensuring
the continuity of mission-critical industrial applications.
With its DIN-rail mounting design (compatible with standard 35mm DIN rails for easy integration into industrial
control cabinets), industrial-grade reliability, and flexible BNC branch support, the DIN-Rail Industrial 10/100Base-
TX Ethernet over Coax Extender is widely used in CCTV surveillance systems (analog-to-IP upgrades, large-scale
outdoor monitoring), remote network extension (industrial parks, transportation hubs, and mining sites), and
industrial control network expansion—providing a cost-effective, stable solution for extending Ethernet coverage
without rewiring existing coaxial infrastructure.
